Vancouver, B.C. recycles agricultural plastics: baler twine, round bale, silage bags etc. made into plant pots irrigation pipe etc.

Reg. Dist. of Okanagan/Similkameen program a success.

Vancouver Island pilot project well received by farmers and equestrians. Thousands of pounds of plastics diverted from landfills and burn piles through recycling.

What is the question?  Am I missing something!  Next time try starting a sentence with how, why, when, where, what, ect. and ending it with a question mark!!!
