  1. Good luck getting one is all i'll say. It's not as easy as you'd think.

  2. Given your age and educational background, this isn't really going to work. There are work visas that can lead to a green card, like the H1b for skilled workers. Skilled employment for immigration purposes is defined as a position requiring a college degree or its equivalent in training and experience. So, probably not the sort of thing an 18 year old would be doing.  Pretty much the same story for the L-1 visa, which is an intercompany transferee. If an overseas company has a subsidiary in the US, it can be possible to transfer a foreign employee to the US, but these are limited to management positions or specialized knowledge. Your company would have to do the paperwork, if they wanted to. Neither visa is something you can do on your own.  Maybe you should think about coming as a university student, which is something you might be able to do.

  3. The easiest thing to do will be for you to find employment in the United States and have them sponsor you. You say you want to transfer your job, so I don't know if that means that you already have a job lined up in the US. If you do, you'll have to talk to your company.

You could also apply for a Diversity Visa (aka Green Card lottery), but this is less likely to succeed.

    Good luck!

+Ok, in that case you will need to speak to your employer. They have to be involved in the process.

  4. the only thing in this operation, is, that you are not the one you may do so, your employer, has to prove to the USCIS that indeed, he cannot find another employee to do the job in the US, instead of you.....and if accepted? than he will have to do the asking, be qualified within the USCIS, before he is able to transfer you, being qualified within the USCIS? is the hardest part.........because the process is long....

go read part of this chapter about employers, that is where it starts...........
