British Passport.....?

I traveled somewhere recently and they did not stamp my passport, I then lost my passport...does the passport service have any proof that I traveled to that country?

When they scan the passport at the airport -does form some kind of record or the fact that I applied for a visa for that country- does that information get recorded somewhere?
