British citizen deported back to UK from USA are government legally obliged to house him and give benefits?

Married to american for 20 years she divorced him and had him deported because of threats on her life now back inUK harrasing his english ex.wife (who divorced him 28 years ago) with telephone abuse - what legal action can she take and is he monitored by police here because of his felony inUSA and being deported as an undesirable alien?

He's a UK citizen - he can't be deported as an alien.  And to where would you deport him?  No other country is obligated to take him.
