The best dish is Steak and Kidney Pudding or Steak and Kidney Pie. Kippers for Breakfast are great. Cornish Pasty.

Fish and chips, toad in the hole (sausages in oven baked batter), bubble and squeak ((poatato, cabbage and bacon cakes fried in butter), pigs in blankets (sausages wrapped in bacon, roast beef and yorshire pudding, rhurbarb crumble, custard, scotch eggs and pork pies - washed down with a lot of red wine!
