British junior cyclist looking to get on a team/development squad. How?

Currently 3rd cat but going up all the time. In time trialing I can manage 21:47 over 10 miles and 58:23 over 25 miles.

You need to get noticed. Go to popular races/big name races. In the mean time hook up with a club that has a racing component and get sponsored locally. You need to get a sponsor for equipment and a sponsor for any kind of free stuff you can get your hands on. Ride like there's no tomorrow. Lots of miles. Be out there and get noticed by other cyclists so people know you.
