British sports photographer overturned referees decision by photo to let British contestant win?

This was in Mail on Sunday today p. 10. "British Taekwondo girl Sarah lands kick to chinese favorites face Our perfect photo forces judges to reverse result". This extra two points not given originally let the British contestant eventually get a bronze medal. Is the Judge cheating or the photographer as Chinese photographers could have then went back to look at other previous photos for points maybe missed by judges. Surely this is cheating using one photo only after ?

  1. No, they reviewed the video after the protest and overturned the decision.


  2. I highly doubt they used one photo. I think this was more of a ruling against a particularly bad call by the referee. If you saw the match you could clearly tell that she had scored a hit that the referee should have picked up on. I think it's a matter of degree.
