Britrail overnight travel?

I am traveling to England in September and will be using Britrail Flexipass. I am wanting to take the last train from Staffordshire to London. It will actually arrive in London after midnight. Will this count as one or two days on my flexipass?

if it's arriving after midnight, it should still count as one day (as it's the travel from that day) - the next day's trains start leaving at around 5 am
