BroadBand Link Turns Orange and I disconnect?

Question

First off i have a 2wire modem, and whenever I'm on the internet I disconnect because my broadband link turns orange for a few seconds then turns green again. This happens five to ten times everyday and is getting annoying. How do i fix this?

try resetting your modem

the switch must be behind the monitor

or there ay problem related to adsl link

try contacting the customer care.

Who is your ISP? Try technical support. There maybe a problem with your modem and they may replace it for free. If you purchased your modem, try the manufacture. They might be able to help troubleshoot the modem. Have you tryed power cycleing the modem?

1. Disconnect your Lan cable

2. Unplug the incomming phone line or cable from the modem

3. Unplug the modem from the wall power    

4. Leave it off for about 60 seconds then plug the power back into it

5. wait 20 seconds and plug the phone or cable line back in

6. wait 20 seconds and plug the lan back in

If all that doesn't help your modem maybe bad or there is a problem within windows where its not connecting full time to the modem. Try reinstalling the Lan drivers. Hope this helps.
