if you break a mirror your supposed to bury a piece of the mirror in the garden.

Superstition is a bad thing. I knew a van driver who while driving along saw a magpie, fearing he would have bad luck (one for sorrow etc) he started looking for the second magpie and promptly crashed the van. Moral of the story, if you believe it, might happen; if you don't, you don't give it power and therefore it shouldn't happen.

I would suggest making your own luck. You know the boring idea of hard work, smart work, dedication, positive attitude, etc.

someone told me you have to throw salt over your left shoulder after you break a mirror. I tried it,did'nt notice anything different,, my daughters still date loosers, and my cars broke down, my house needed costly repairs, I can't wait to see what happens this year.

the secret is ...don't believe in it .. don't make that superstition part of your reality.. your belief gives it power.. with out your belief  it is only a mess to clean up with out cutting yourself..

I broke a mirror when I was 2, and the glass got in my eye.  I'm half blind, but my life is still going well.  I'm 15 now.
