Broken Blood Feather???

Question

my parakeet was on my bed and he has clipped wings but they clipped them WAYY too short and now he ant fly, anyway, he tryed to fly off but fell! i ran over and when he jumped onto my hand and shook his wings blood splattered all over my arm! Im very scared what do i do its too late for a vet! and i cant locate a blood feather!! HELP!

if you can see where it might be try taking a damp paper towel and wipe the wing of where the blood is. if you do find the wing take some flour and press it on the tip of the blood feather.

this will sound painful, but is alot better than having the poor bird bleed,

i used to have 8 love birds (they reproduce FAST)

and everytime i cut their wings too short, or my cats nails, i would rubb a bar of soap on it

it helps create clotting, and for now, thats the best you can do besides take it to a vet
