Hi,we have a side by side black Ge fridge freezer.Our problem is that the freezer will not freeze,the freezer side is only cold enough to use as a fridge and the fridge side is not cold at all.We did not have the ice and water section connected up and that constantly beeps!Any suggestions to what the problem might be.
