Broken Kroy 4350?

Question

I was using our Kroy 4350 printer, went to change the tubing and now it turns on, and all three status leds come on and stay on. The printer won't respond to either the pause or feed buttons. Turning off and on the machine yields the same results with all of the lights staying on constantly.
Any suggestions??
