Back of computer screen was hit and now screen will freeze and fade or picture will shuffle pieces of itself then fade into vertical colored lines. Shaking the computer sometimes causes it to straighten out but we are VERY afraid of further damaging it. We have found though that applying pressure to the frame in the upper left hand corner just right of the s***w straightens the screen out permanently. My husband drives an18-wheeler and we are not going to be home for another month, cannot/cannot easily get into computer repair parking lots, and depend on this computer as our way of communicating with family and friends, and for bill pay, so your help would be so greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!! if you are not able to help, a reference would also be appreciated - really anything you could do would help.
