Broken Skull Candy Ink'd earbuds?

So I heard great things about the Skull Candy Ink'd and decided to go buy a pair. I was listening to them one day and noticed that the sound in one of the earbuds didn't work anymore. I assumed this was just some kind of one in a million production error and went and bought another pair of the exact same kind. The other day I was listening to my iPod after having no problems with these new earbuds for 3 months and noticed the same problem. I hit the culprit lightly and it worked again, but the problem persisted and that earbud eventually died. Anyone heard of this problem before? What should I do about it? Thanks in advance.

  1. Yes, mine had the exact same problem. Check for any rips in the cord, that was what mine was. Anyways they are covered with a lifetime warranty. All you do is go to skullcandy.com and request for a RMA. Then send them in. I did that they sent me not one but two brand new pairs!
