Broken Wing Mirror...?

Question

Some delightful person has clipped the wing mirror of my little old Mitsubishi Colt in the Asda car park!

I have managed to tape it up (kinda) with electrical tape...

Does anyone have any idea how much approx this will cost to fix? Or how do I find a good garage that won't rip me off ??

Am I legal driving with it like this??

try to find one in the junkyard or go to autozone or any parts store and buy a new mirror of any type and install it if you have to.
