Broken camera?

okay, so I just bought a camera about a two weeks ago from officemax. Thing is, my cousin dropped it, so now the lens is broken, and i can't operate the camera anymore. I went online, trying to file a claim, but it said its still under the manufacturer's warrarnty for another year. I bought the accidental coverage plan, but that doesnt come in effect until after the manufacturer's warranty is over. So does that mean I would have to wait awhole year before I could file a claim? Wouldn't it just be a whole lot easier to just buy a whole new camera?

  1. I'm very sorry to hear that, and I think it is very difficult to repair this damage, if you think about to buy a new one, I suggest a on-line shop to you: http://www.epathchina.com, there are many good cameras very cheap but good quality, look around may be you can find a good one!

  2. I think it is easier to buy a new one, once an electronic instrument is faulty, it can never be repaired perfectly.
