Broken dishwasher. We recently had a plumbing problem that resulted in the kitchen sink

We recently had a plumbing problem that resulted in the kitchen sink overflowing and flooding the kitchen. The cabinets to the left of the sink were full of water and the dishwasher to the right of the sink will not work. It says it is washing and using two different washing modes, but I cannot get it to start over. What can I do? It is a Kenmore Quiet Guard 2.
