The handle part on one of my coffee cups broke off :( its one large piece. Is there anyway to fix it and make it useable? I know easiest answer is to buy a new cup, but i dont want a new cup, this one was part of a set.

  1. the welder is a typr of glue that is good

  2. I always see this infomercial for Mighty Putty. It looks like it'll work. Here's a link that'll better explain.

I know you can buy it at hardware stores like lowes or homedepot, target, and linen N things and bed bath and beyond.

  3. Don't even attempt it.  One day you will be serving a cup of piping hot coffee to a friend and the thing will fall off, coffee will spill, friend will be po'd.   Go to replacements.com or ebay to find another one.

  4. Krazy Glue really works

  5. Gorrilla Glue. Don't use too much, though. It shows diagrams on the box on how to fix that cup.

  6. If the broken ends are absolutely clean, Super Glue will work.  Don't put the repaired cup in the dishwasher, though.  Hand wash it from now  on.

  7. You have a couple of options. You can use a 2 part liquid epoxy mixture. The fumes are nasty but the bond is super strong. You can also use an epoxy putty and when you knead the dough like stuff together, you have a time to work with it. Krazy glue will work of the surface is clean and not too porous.
