Broken off bolt?

I have a old edger the bolt for the muffer are both off not long enough to grab

  1. they also make a product called "bolt-out"...they sell them at sears and come in different sizes...also make ones for screws...


  2. Drill out centre of bolt and use an "ezi-out"
