Broken piece on a plate - what to use?

I have a collector plate (I think from Bradford Exchange) and it has 3-D flowers on it and I accidentally chipped a piece off when I went to move it (I think it's ceramic or something like that). Anyway, I tried to use super glue to fix it but that didn't hold it.

Any ideas what else to use?

Gorilla glue. Made from the best gorillas on the planet.

Epoxy would probably work best, 5-minute epoxy if you have it.
