Broken screen on a 37 inch hd lcd

Question

i threw my cell phone into the screen of my 37 inch lcd screen its only about 8 months old it was 969 dollars the screen seems broke i can see half the picture and the bullseye on the screen where i hit it. i bought the 2 year service plan .and i still have the receipt ,but they say nothing covers accidental damage .is there i way i can fix this our get my warrenty to cover it.our is it just garbage.
