I recently broke my wrist playing hockey. I have had my cast on for 4 weeks. I am schedualed to be in a golf camp in Florida in March. I have one full week without a cast to try and regain my strength. I was just wondering if anyone has either experienced recovering from this or would be able to tell me if I will be ready to golf? Thanks alot.

  1. When i was in 9th grade i broke my wrist/arm in a snowmobiling accident and was awating golf season, believe it or not i did practice some with the cast on, when the cast was off i had only a couple weeks to regain strenth, what i did was plenty and plenty of physical therapy and i stretched it out so it wouldnt get stiff, it got soar a bit but eventually after all the time i took in gaining strength back, i actually got my natural swing back and i played golf a lot better after i broke my arm actually haha, but just therapy and exercises should do the trick!  Good luck!
