Brother HL_5280SW Clack and pages curling

Question

Two months old.
Second toner cartridge(OEM).
A couple of hundred pages later.
1.) When printing there is a loud "clack".
This happens while the first page is printing, during multiple pages printing or while the last page is printing.

2.) The pages are now curling up as they come out. This causes them to push out of the tray and lose the order they are in as they pile up on the floor.
