is this illegal that if real brother and real sister get married? and what is this called if brother and sister get married?

Yes, it is illegal in every US state.  In the US, MOST states outlaw marriage for anyone closer than 2nd cousins.  I believe West Virginia still allows 1st cousins to get married (no joke).  And when family members have s*x, it's not called "insist", it's called "incest".

It's not called incest if a brother and sister get married! It's called incest if they have s*x. A brother and sister are just not allowed to get married. They can't get a marriage license. It's not a crime because it can't happen. If they falsify documents or birth certificates so they can get a license then that's Forgery or the Falsification of Documents.

It is illegal and is called Incest though incest between siblings of consenting age is often thought of as a victim less crime.
