My brother dum. He atttttttttttack the dog (Jib Jib). Jib Jib bite him (go jib jib). Brother hit me (what da f*k?) Mom yell, baby eat peanit butter. Baby smear peanit butter on jib jib. Mom on fone, say "nervis brakedown lots". Wot does that mean?

I'd say your brother needs help, and the dog was right to bite him. And you should have hit your brother back if he is younger than you to discipline him. But then again, that's how I was raised. Also I feel bad for your dog for being hit and being smeared on with peanut butter. You should put it in a different place so he or she can't reach it.
