For the last two days my brothers leg has been bothering him so much that he is almost unable to walk. Today he had to go into work. Went and got gas, came home, crying in pain, called his boss, and told him his car was broken down (like a lying dumb-as-s). The real reason is he can't take the pain, and doesn't have enough ambition to go. So my mother calls the boss, and tells him the real story, and the boss gives a long speech, saying we need some one more dependable. He was fired. And now he has no job, which going to mess up my whole familie's budget. He has 5 absences, 1 due to physical problems, the rest laziness.

So what the heck should I do to correct this problem? This dillemma effects my way of living, as well as my mother's. He's 17.
