Im looking for a really nice restaurant (good food, romantic atmosphere, good service, etc.) for my anniversary, price does not matter. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks.

Canyon

Intimate and romantic 14 table restaurant off of Sunrise Blvd. There are no words for the food. It is just too good.

I love all of these restaurants!  I love Thai Bayshore, but wouldn't do it for a really special occassion.  Absolutely do it sometime though - you won't want Thai from anywhere else again.

Some others I love:

Fish - delicious food, upscale, modern decor, excellent service, no view, Pomegranate Lemon Drop Martini or Espresso Martini - need I say more?

15th Street Fisheries - upstairs is fancy, downstairs casual; right on the water, request table with water view, limited menu, but excellent quality, yummiest breads around, an old Florida favorite

Creolina's in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale - Creole food - something very different, lively atmosphere right in Downtown, Bananas Foster is to die for, outside dining can be great for people watching, but can also be loud

The Riverhouse - I really love their Sunday brunch, fantastic views on New River, outside dining optional

Blue Moon Seafood Company - delicious seafood on the Intracoastal, excellent Sunday Brunch, outside dining optional

Cassablanca - on Ft. Lauderdale Beach, very interesting dishes, live music, outside dining optional

Runway 84 - delicious Italian food, a Ft Lauderdale staple that you should do at least once

If you like Thai food, you should try Thai Bayshore restaurant. Excellent food, romantic atmosphere and very good service.
