Brown/red discharge?

Hi im 13 and havent started my period

when i got up this mornin i noticed i had red watery discharge, is this normal?

Then later this afternoon i had brown disharge?

Please can i have reliable answers please

I'd say you could have started your period. It might be very light this time and then gradually become more frequent and you'll develop a regular flow.
