Brown roof..what color siding?

Question

Purchasing a home with a new dark brown roof. Other colors straight from the mid-seventies. What colors might look good for siding and shutters. Home is a small colonial with two-car garage. Thx.

A pastel yellow, a sandy tan, even something like a darker, brick-red.

For shutters, use brown paint that matches closely to the rooftop.

Stay in the brown or white families.  Dark on the shutters, light on the siding.  White siding/yellow shutters.  Yellow siding/brown shutters.  Something like that.
