Brown spots on face after pregnancy?

I have a 9 month old daughter,after i conceived i started having brownish spots on my skin, which are still there on my cheeks, nose& upper lips. what should i do about them. i never had this problem during my first delivery.both my deliveries were through C-section. am i having some deficency. i m 27 yrs & otherwise quite fit & energetic.pl. help me.
