Brown spots on tooth?

I'm afraid to go to dentist now. I have brown spots on my very last tooth. What are the brown spots? Is that plague?

Its essential you go to the dentist for regular checks. The could be nothing of concern but the dentist will advise and if there is an issue they can sort it. By the way it doesnt sound major.
