Brown spotting, two negative pregnancy tests, one blood. Still have all syptoms,still no period, 6 days late.?

I had brown spotting (implantation bleeding?) for two weeks, that began two weeks after my last period.I then took two at home pregnancy tests. One was too soon, and the other was when I was one day late. Both came back negative. I am now six days late, with all the signs. Nausea, sore b*****s, tried, back pain etc. I took a blood yes or no test that came back as no today. What could possibly be going on? The doc said to try again in a week if still no period, and its possible I could still be. I thought blood tests were pretty final. I am always regular, and I have never had this light brown stuff. Any suggestions?

Sounds like endometriosis...I have the same symptoms all of the time with that.
