Browser cookie that cant be removed

I use Norton Ad-aware and Spyware doctor and spyware doctor is the only one that picks up the infection...it is a browser cookie AA002.atdmt.com After the scan picks it up it says it cant remove it...any suggestions?

Try Ccleaner (available free from www.filehippo.com).  I use it daily to clean up cookies, temp files, temporary internet files, etc.

If Ccleaner is unable to delete it, I suggest you boot to SAFEMODE and then try again, both Ccleaner and manual deletion.

Please AMEND your question with the results of what all you try (positive or negative).
