Bruning dvd's?

Question

So i want to burn a dvd from a dvd rental store and I wont sell it and i want to make my own copy is this illegal?

If its not illegal than is it encrypted or how do you check that?

yes it usually is illegal but most good things r illegal, most dvd's r encripted 2 prevent copying but there are ways 2 get around it, if u need steps on how to burn it use my favorite thing on the computer GOOGLE,

You can burn them. Its illegal only if you sell the copy's. Use Nero to copy DVDs, it works the best.
