Bruno Andrade signs professional deal with Queens Park Rangers
Versatile attacking player Bruno Andrade has signed his first professional contract at Queens Park Rangers.
The 17-year-old has put pen to paper on a two-and-a-half year deal. He has been at the club since the age of 13 and says he is delighted to sign for QPR on professional terms.
"He's an exciting young player. It's a challenge for him now to try to get into the first team squad. There will be a lot of people looking at Bruno over the next few years, so we are delighted he has
committed to QPR," said QPR boss Neil Warnock.
Andrade has a number of attributes that should see him do well over the next few seasons for the club. QPR has done well to tie the player down for when a bigger club makes an enquiry about the player.
Playing attributes
Andrade's versatility seems to be his biggest attribute. He can play in all areas of the pitch, which makes him ideal as a cover player for if another player gets injured. This also means he can adapt
in any match situation.
He is a very creative and clever player. He gets into good positions around the pitch, which means he gets on the ball more frequently. This makes him an important player when QPR attacks.
The club has done very well to get him on a contract early. This means a bigger club will have to pay a good price for the player further down the line once he has started to develop into a top quality
professional.
"I think Bruno is going to be a big favourite for many years to come. There will be a lot of people looking at him over the next few years so we are delighted he has committed himself to us," added Warnock.
Betting advice
Andrade is not likely to start too many games for QPR in the near future. However, back him to score and have a big impact if he comes off of the bench. He seems a talented young man with a lot of ambition.
