Brush and rinse teeth and toothbrush with 1/2 glass of water?

Question

water is pumped to households using electricity which may have been run by non earth friendly generators that emit so much carbon into the atmosphere that contributes to global warming or climate change.

WE ARE ONLY LIKE A DROP OF WATER, BUT TOGETHER WE BECOME OCEANS.

Oceans saved or oceans wasted.

if you're talking an 8 oz glass, sure 4 oz is enough-all you need is to take a swig of water and swish your mouth after you brush and then swish your toothbrush in the remaining water.  Another good point is most people use twice as much toothpaste as is really needed.  We see the commercials on TV where they put the toothpaste on the full length of the toothbrush, but that is way too much.

Are you trying to say that you can conduct these activities using a 1/2 glass of water?

what size glass? why use glass in the bathroom? it's not safe. and...why do you use so much. on maneuvers, you shave dry and brush dry.

C'mon, dad, lighten up!

Yeah, people in general use too much water to brush teeth, wash dishes, shower, etc. I can't control what the fat lady with the SUV does, but by God I'm going to do what I can and know that I'm setting the right example for my friends, family, kids and grandchild.  "Lead by example," I always say.  Along with "Never say Never" and "Never Assume."

Try carrying your water from a spring 1/2 mile away.   It's surprising how little water a person really needs when it isn't conveniently piped into the house.

I try to never forget floss. Whenever I go to the drugstore they have so many brands, its hard to decide sometimes. So I buy two.

I'd use some whitener if I were you, Mac. Water only makes teeth look dull. Crest w/whitener works for me!
