Brushing teeth and couldn't find water?

i dreamt that i was brushing my teeth and although there was more than 5 bathrooms in the house i couldn't get water to rinse my mouth, and i couldn't even spit the touthpaste? and i had to meet someone and i wasted all the time looking for water.

Your dream is obviously about your inability to rid yourself of something....something that you did that was with good intentions, but ended up making you feel 'dirty' ("unable to rinse").  You need to delve into your subconscious and figure out what it is that is 'really' bothering you so that you can go on....and be happy in other things (ie., "had to meet someone").
