Brushing your teeth is it a true fact?

I know that everybody always says brush your teeth it least twice a day but is that really true should we more?

  1. Brushing too often, or with the wrong technique can actually do a lot of harm to your gums. But yes, two or three times a day if you expect to maintain a decent oral hygiene.

    You know how sometimes if you haven't brushed in a while, at the gum line, there's that nasty-tasting white stuff? Well that's made up of bacteria - the type that can only be seen under a microscope. Imagine how many millions of bacteria are in that little white splodge. Each one of those is secreting what's essentially acid, wearing your teeth away. Worse still, if you don't brush it away soon enough, it forms plaque and has to be removed professionally.


  2. Well everyone should brush their teeth a minimum of twice a day but depending on how often you eat or drink you should brush and floss after every meal or snack!
