Brutal soccer practice/...can barley walk ?

ok so i lpay soccer and the season just started up (this is partly my fasult for not excersising during off season) anyway i had a team practice yesterday and ya now i can barley walk my leg mussles feel really tight and sore and i have another practice this afternoon if you have a way for me to get my legs to feel better b4 3pm i and it works ill give you ten pouints just plz helps me

  1. warm bath to relax the muscles, try to massage your legs, it'll help. Take some pain medicine too.  


  2. hot bath.. or

    ice bath.

    and icy hot is amazing.

  3. warm bath to relax you muscle and then when you get out stretch and then switch between putting a hot pad on you muscles and then ice after 10-20 minutes and keep doing that. PLus take pain killer like advile or aleve  

  4. Try stretching out your legs, I know it will hurt but it will help and get a massage if you can and try taking a HOT bath
