i have johnson (49ers) but i was thinking of getting lee evans (bills) to replace him. i also have the giants and the vikings defense so should i drop the giants and get both receivers or what. i need a new receiver because i only have plaxico burress and steve smith and kevin curtis who needs surgery so i need to replace him. i also have muhsin muhamad on my bench. any ideas on which receiver i should drop or add. my qbs are good with p manning and b favre and my rbs are solid also. need help with the receiver problem. i was thinking of trading favre for a good receiver any ideas. thanks

  1. lee evans is the #1 receiver for bills, evans.

  2. WR: Evans. He is a great deep threat and JP Losman's best option. Losman is a better QB this year than he was last year, so expect Evans' number to go up. I would drop Muhsin in favor of Evans because I would much rather have Johnson than Muhsin. (So keep Johnson and drop Muhsin for Evans)

QB: Manning's bye week is 4, so I would sit on Favre until after Peyton's bye week. After that, look to trade Favre to anyone who wants him. As you said, a good idea would be to try to trade him for a good WR, but just make sure you wait until after Peyton's bye week.

    Good luck!

  3. Drop Johnosn for Evans now because Johnson is more hurt than most people think.

Trade Favre NOW before he gets hurt or quits again. His value will not go any higher unless he goes out and throws 4td's week one and that is highly unlikely. You can get a quality receiver (Bowe/Stallworth/Gaffney/Bruce) for him.

Pick up a qb with a good matchup in week 4 so you are covered. You won't have Smith for the first 2 weeks, so you need a good replacement.
