Bsnl broadband?

i recently upgraded to bsnl home unlimited plan form the home 500 plan..but i am getting very slow download speeds.are they capping the speed?is anyone else from india facing this problem?

no....even i have upgraded bsnl broadband!!!...its working fine

give a call to bsnl customer care!!!

I think BSNL has an uncanny knack of s******g it all when they get the customer support. That's why I switched to Airtel which doesn't like to see protesting customers.

I think it is more to do with area where you are. Some of the area it is too crowded and BSNL is not having enough capacity in that area where some of the area have good speed. Though there is no capping on the speed technically but it is always that total load on line will make it slow or fast.
