Bt broadband help hub not connected

I was unable to pay my last phone bill in time and was disconnected.I have paid my account but bt has told me they cannot connect my pc for 5 days.Is this ok as they still take my direct debit for my broadband package..thxs w66pie2

  1. Thats wrong! Thats not how a big business, like that should work.I was in the same situation with them, a few months ago. I rang them up, and they put me back online within 24hours! Mine could be an isolated incident thou.
