Bt broadband help pleasee?

what password do we get when we start connection i forget this my id is

[e-mail] but dont know the passwd that i got when i got the account pls help to get 10 points

hg indicated you need a password, this normally come to you via email or letter, no one can guess that for you, when you sign up, you normally get one letter for username and another letter for password, never together.

Should be admin and admin p/word and user though I would definitely change it now that you have posted details on the web for all the world and their uncle to see.

I got my Password and Username from BT when i signed up with them a year or so ago,..and they sent me a reminder in my Email when it was connected on that day to!

You will have to ring up BT to find out.

Poppet, you should NEVER POST any of your details on the web.Change your number now that you have shown it to everyone who may be corrupt.

If you have no letter of confirmation from BT, you will

have to ring them with your details and whilst you are at it, ask them to give you a new number,then keep it to YOURSELF!

Tele number 0800 111 4567 will put you through to INDIA ..... but they're very helpful

Go to the bt website and search for the technical helpline number to ring them. That's the only way, unless you received a welcome pack in the post or a welcome e-mail in which case it will be there.
