Bt broadband?

is anyone elses bt broadband very slow loading? its been kwap since friday.

My BT broadband has been utterly cr@p lately. After switching on router and computer I've been lucky to get a connection after 2 hours of waiting and until today my download speed has been averaging 135kps. it's been back to normal today though thankfully.

kwap is a complete understatment for bt broadband i've had it a year and i've been ripped off massivly and slow,somedays its takes my mum an hour to get on one of her sites

i think that if your 18 month contract runs out you should switch

Yip ours has been running like a pig this past few days, and strangely enough I took a recorded message today from BT saying that was our Phone line re-connected, I didn't even realise it was dis-connected.  So I think I must have been imagining the call I made to day to an old work mate!!!!

i had this problem on a few occasions...its easily sorted.....turn off your bt hub for 30 seconds...turn back on and it should be just fine when you click back onto your internet
