Bt call barring charges when barring is on?

Question

My partner has call barring on her bt phone to stop calls to mobile phones but bt charge for any calls that are made even tho barring is active,the online bill shows 13p for a call yet it does not connect,

even though calls to mobiles are blocked, other calls can still be made, but your partner will have a pin to remove the barring as and when she chooses. if signed up for paper free billing you will be able to see details of the number called. the online bill also only gives details of calls made upto 10pm the previous evening.
