  1. I frequently use google scholar to find scientific research articles.   I would also try to access the proceedings of the annual Beltwide Cotton Conference.  This is generally held in January of each year, and most of the current research is initially published there.  This link may (I didn't run it down) provide you a contact to access these proceedings

    https://www.cotton.org/beltwide/index.ht...

The plant management network has 3-4 online journals that many researchers now use (it is run very efficiently, publication costs are low and turn around time with the editorial board is short, often the articles are published within 6 months of submitting the original manuscript).

This link will get you to that site

You will probably only get the abstract, but you can contact the authors via email.

  3. Yes there is increase in production but...

In Vidarbha part of Maharashtra state although bollworm attack was unnoticed or very less, a huge attack of mealybug is noted. Also reddning of leaves and falling of flowers is also noticed.

Such a data is unpublished by govt or NGO or any worker but its fact that we could control one problem but given birth to another problem.

  4. Try New Scientist. I get it each week so I know for a fact that they have covered the subject extensively and continue to report on it whenever new developments occur.

I suggest going to http://www.newscientist.com/ and sign up for the electronic back issues. You should get all the info you need.

    Hope this helps.

EDIT - New Scientist will give you info on the effect of the insects but from memory, not much about yield increases. Sounds like gcouger can sort you out on that front though.

  5. What kind of reports do you want?

I can generate the increase in yield in India for the last 45 years that show a hockysick shaped curve that I have come to associate with the  increase in yields of cotton when BT cotton comes in.

I can show you where the sites are the compare crops across the county.

When you say results what do want? Distribution of BT protein in the plant, cotton yield, or effectives against worms, or someting else.
