Bt customer services?

..why is it impossible to get through to them?

Unfortunately BT use calling centres and I suspect that all the people do there is take messages and pass them onto BT, I left BT for another provider 9 years ago and their customer service is excellent, they listen, speak English and on the only time I had a problem they kept calling me keeping me up to date with their dealings with BT Openreach who repair the lines.

Even if you do get through to them it is a call centre the other side of the world. They ask you a load of stupid questions based on their help chart. And then say "dont know try call later"
