Bt home hub phone display?

Question

on the hub phone display next to the handset symbol is a 2nd symbol which looks like a right angled line with a arrow on it cant find anything in the handset menu which would indicate what this is can anyone help

On the phone display next to the little picture of the phone there is a cross which means the phone is not in use, it goes as soon as you press the green button. Further along there is in the right corner which is looks like a vertical line with a V over the top which is saying you have a signal. Hope this info is helpful.
