the time and date all reset i dont know when sometimes its in the day other times in the night, why does this happen and how to stop it from doing this..

  1. ask an electrician or your provider i think it depends on the kind of phone


  2. First, set the Date/Time manually in the Hub.

    Then,

    Make sure the NTP (Network Time Protocol) is "Enabled" and set to "Auto-Configuration".  This is how the Home Hub gets and maintains its time automatically over the Internet for time-tagging.

    Set the NTP Time servers to be any or all of the following NTP Time servers:

    ntp.homehub.btopenworld.com

    europe.pool.ntp.org

    time.windows.com
